Creating a custom home is a process that requires collaboration between our team and the client. The process starts with an inquiry and initial consultation meeting. Here, we discuss with the client their needs, what they wish to accomplish and goals for their home.

We diligently work with our architect and team to create designs that reflect the client’s requests. If the client already has existing architectural plans, we strategize to advance their designs.

We proceed by creating a quote and budget proposal for the client. Once we have agreed upon the terms, we submit the work for permits and have a follow-up meeting creating a construction schedule and finalizing details to start.
